1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Galaxy Discord Autosystem ("the Bot", "Galaxy", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, your access to and use of the Bot is strictly prohibited. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Additional terms may apply to specific features or sections; usage of those constitutes agreement with their respective terms as well.

2. Description of Service

Galaxy is a fully automated, enterprise-grade moderation and security platform for Discord servers. The Bot offers features such as:

Automated moderation of chat and voice channels
Anti-spam, anti-raid, and anti-malware protection
Role and permission management automation
Logging of moderation, join/leave, and audit events
Customizable moderation actions, filters, and security settings
Detailed configuration dashboard and server analytics
Integration with third-party APIs as needed for automated actions (e.g., blacklist)

The Service is provided primarily via the public Discord API and may be subject to changes or limitations imposed by Discord or by us at any time.

3. Eligibility

By using the Bot, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service
You have the authority to bind your Discord server or organization to these Terms, if applicable
Your use does not violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation
You are not barred from using such services under applicable law

4. User Responsibilities

As a user or server administrator, you are responsible for:

Ensuring you have full rights and permissions to add Galaxy to your Discord server
Configuring permissions and access properly within your server settings and for Galaxy
Monitoring actions performed by Galaxy, including moderation, bans, and automated messages
Informing your server community about the presence and function of the Bot, if necessary
Reporting bugs or vulnerabilities responsibly to the Galaxy team
Maintaining accurate server owner or admin contact information on public server listings where Galaxy operates
Notifying us in the event of unauthorized access or other security concerns regarding the Bot in your server

You are also solely responsible for any consequences arising from improper configuration or misuse of the Bot, including accidental removal of members or changes to server settings.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use, or permit use of, Galaxy for any of the following:

Any unlawful activity, including but not limited to violating national, international, or local laws
Harassment, bullying, threatening, or endangering any user, member, or third party
Creating, relaying, or facilitating spam, phishing, or malicious communications
Gaining unauthorized access to data, accounts, or networks
Disrupting or damaging Discord, third party networks, our infrastructure, or the Galaxy Service
Abusing, reverse engineering, decompiling, or circumventing security controls on the Bot
Misrepresenting your identity, server, or intention when using Galaxy
Collecting information on users without valid permission and compliance with privacy laws
Violating Discord’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, or any applicable platform policy

6. Service Availability & Updates

We strive to offer a high-uptime and stable service, but the Galaxy Bot is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Bot will be online, functional, or free from errors at all times. We reserve the right to, temporarily or permanently:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in full or in part) at any time, with or without notice
Update or upgrade the Bot (including adding/removing features and integrations)
Restrict or limit access to some or all users, servers, or regions

Galaxy may become unavailable due to technical issues, routine maintenance, Discord API outages, or security incidents. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss arising from downtime or service termination.

7. Data, Privacy, and Security

We value your privacy and strive to protect your information:

Data Collection: The Bot collects and processes only the Discord server data necessary for its operation. This may include user IDs, message contents (for filters/mod actions), audit logs, configuration settings, and certain metadata.
Data Storage: Some data (such as moderation logs and configuration) may be stored on our servers, adhering to industry-standard security measures.
Data Usage: Your data is used solely for providing and improving our services (e.g., bot features, moderation actions, analytics, and debugging). We do not sell or share user data with third-party advertisers.
Disclosure: We may be compelled to disclose information in response to lawful requests or legal processes (e.g., court orders, subpoenas, or as required by law).
Data Retention: User and server data may be deleted upon request (where feasible) or upon removal of the Bot from your Discord server. Data may be retained for a limited period for debugging or as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Galaxy Bot, including but not limited to all code, branding, features, and design, remain the exclusive property of Galaxy's creators and contributors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on Galaxy's intellectual property except as expressly authorized in writing.

Any brand names or trademarks belonging to Discord or third parties are property of their respective owners and are only used for identification purposes.

9. Third Party Services and Integrations

Galaxy may interact with third-party APIs or platforms (such as Discord, anti-malware databases, moderation tools, or analytics providers). Those services are governed by the terms and policies of their respective owners. We are not liable or responsible for data loss or damage arising from third-party outages or policy changes.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

No Guarantee: We do not warrant that the Service will be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or will meet your expectations.
Limitation: Under no circumstances will Galaxy, its owners, developers, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or disruptions to your Discord server arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Galaxy and its affiliates from any claim, liability, loss, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The effective date will be updated at the top of this page. We will attempt to notify users of substantial changes via our Discord server or website, but continued use of Galaxy constitutes acceptance of any revised terms. 12. Termination & Enforcement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to Galaxy at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, Discord's Terms of Service, or community safety. You may also cease using the Bot at any time by removing it from your Discord server.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Galaxy may retain data for legal or operational reasons as described herein and in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction of Galaxy's primary maintainer/operator without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith, and—where possible—via informal negotiation or mediation. By using Galaxy, you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

14. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
